If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to DAZZLINGKART, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to DazzlingKart, accessible from https://dazzlingkart.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 Hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 Hours from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Refund Policy

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 48 Hours. If the items meet the return criteria stated below or otherwise. We reserve the right not to agree to the return.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly customised.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

  • Returns shall be arranged for pick-up through a logistic service partner. However, in the event the logistic service partner is unable to do so, a notification regarding the same shall be sent to you, for dispatching the product using a reputed courier in your respective area to the address mentioned in the notification. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

  • Returns are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of complaint/return. During pick-up, your product shall be checked for the following conditions:

Correctness

IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should not be removed and clearly visible.

Completeness

All in-the-box accessories, freebies, warranty cards and combos (if any) should be present.

Non Usage

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Non-damage (Product)

The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Non-damage (Packaging)

Product’s original packaging/ brand box should be undamaged.

  • Products may be rejected for return if they are not returned as per the conditions mentioned above. Products may also be rejected for return (for refund or replacement) if sent directly to the store by you without our approval for the same, in which case you waive any and all claims against Dazzlingkart.
  • If the product received does not pass the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you.
  • Refund shall be issued to you only after the product is received and verification of the same.
  • If the price of the replacement product is lower than the amount paid by you originally, a partial refund will be issued to you provided.
  • Exchange/Replacement is currently unavailable for orders placed on the website. You may cancel, return the order (within policy guidelines) and initiate new order of the change request.
  • Products should be carefully packaged so that there is no damage during transit.
  • Dazzlingkart shall not be responsible for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to the Dazzlingkart / Dazzlingkart store or transacted through Dazzlingkart is returned by mistake, Dazzlingkart or the Dazzlingkart/Dazzlingkart store shall not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and shall not responsible for its delivery back to the you. You waive any and all claims against Dazzlingkart in this regard.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
